Mumble Voice Server - Adrenaline Gamers

Welcome to Adrenaline Gamers Mumble! We use Mumble for encrypted voice communication while gaming. No annoying in-game notifications—just crystal clear voice chat with your squad.

Step 1: Download Mumble

Download the Mumble client for your operating system:

Step 2: Install & Audio Setup

Run the installer and follow the setup wizard. When prompted, allow the Audio Wizard to configure your microphone and speakers.

Requirements: Use a headset with a microphone (NOT speakers + external mic—this causes feedback)

⚠️ Certificate Warning: On first connection, you'll see a message about an "unknown certificate." This is normal—click Accept and continue.

Step 3: Add Adrenaline Gamers Server

1. Open Mumble and click Server → Connect

2. Click Add New...

3. Fill in the following:

Label: Adrenaline Gamers (or anything you prefer)

Address: mumble.adrenalinegamers.com

Port: 64738

Username: Choose a name people will recognize

4. Click OK, then select the server and click Connect

💡 Tip: Your username creates a permanent certificate on the server. Choose a name you like and stick with it!

Step 4: Configure Audio (Optional)

After connecting, fine-tune your audio:

1. Click Configure → Settings

2. Adjust Audio Input (microphone settings)

3. Adjust Audio Output (speaker settings)

4. Click Apply after each change to test

Options:

Push to Talk: Hold a key to speak (default)
Voice Activity: Speak freely (auto-detects voice)

Step 5: Join Voice Channels

When you first connect, you'll be in the Root channel.

Double-click on ACR to join the main voice channel.

Sub-channels available:

General - Main squad chat
Squad 1 - Squad breakout
Squad 2 - Squad breakout

Troubleshooting

Can't connect? Check your firewall allows port 64738

Echo/Feedback? Make sure you're using a headset, not speakers

Microphone not working? Re-run the Audio Wizard: Configure → Audio Wizard
